Ayah 8

Ayah 8

Surah Al-Mulk, Ayah 8

Reflection Questions:

1. On that day, when they are thrown into the Hellfire, they will be asked by the angels; didn’t a warner told you about this? About the punishment of the Hellfire? What would then be our answer? Can we deny that the message have reached us?

Practical tips:

1. Seek knowledge, don’t make an excuse for not knowing something when you have the means to learn.
2. Make du’a for knowledge, so that we understand the message.
3. Be conscious of our actions, where would it lead us to.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported The Messenger of Allah Sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam used to say:
O Allaah, set right my religion, which is the safeguard of my affairs; and set right my world, wherein is my living; and set right my next life, to which is my return, And make life for me an increase in all good and make death a relief for me from every evil
[Sahih Muslim Book 17, Hadith 1472]

[Sahih Bukhari]

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.”
