Ayah 3

Surah Al-Mulk, Ayah 3

Reflection questions:

1. Have you seen the sky today? Look at it now. Allah created 7 skies stacked on each other. Who can create such magnificent creation? How magnificent it is then the Creator of the skies?
2. Do you find any imperfection in the creation of the skies?
3. Look also at nature; is there any man-made creation as perfect as the nature?

Practical tips:

1. What should you say to glorify Allah when you see all these amazing creations?
 2. Every day make it a point to look at the sky, look at the tree outside your window and even the ants at the foot of the tree...

“Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying). I will remember you, and be grateful to Me (for My countless favours on you) and never be ungrateful to Me” [2:152]

Narrated Abu Huraira RA:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.

It was narrated from Mu’aadh ibn Jabal RA that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took his hand and said: “O Mu’aadh, by Allah I love you, by Allah I love you.” Then he said, “I advise you, O Mu’aadh, do not fail following every prayer to say: O Allah help me to remember You, thank You and worship You properly.”
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّى عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ

Narrated by Abu Dawood and al-Nasaa’i .

May Allah makes us see the beauty of Allah’s creations and always be grateful for all the blessings around us.
