Ayah 19

Ayah 19

Surah Al-Mulk, Ayah 19

Reflection Questions:

1. Have you looked at how the birds fly? They spread open their wings and occasionally close their wings - how do they stay in the sky without falling?
2. Look at how Allah created the birds in their physical shape which is suitable for flight!
3. Can you see the Might of the Creator and His divine care in the creation of the birds?

Practical tips:

1. Each time you see a bird, marvel at its Creator, glorify Him. Know that no one has the power to let the birds fly without falling.
2. When you are flying on an aeroplane, realise that the same Creator of the birds is the One who can let you fly in the sky and across the oceans!

Do they not see the birds, constrained in the middle of the sky? None withholds them but Allah; most surely there are signs in this for a people who believe.

Do you not see that Allah is He Whom do glorify all those who are in the heavens and the earth, and the (very) birds with expanded wings? He knows the prayer of each one and its glorification, and Allah is Cognizant of what they do.
